Well done Sunder

Posted by
Sam (Chennai, India) on 25 November 2011 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.

While I was in the hospital after 3rd day of my surgery, I came to know that one of Sunder's patients, Mrs. Malti V. Marathe was
in the next room for a review. This 62 year old lady from Mumbai (Bombay) with a new heart was so happy to see me there and
she spoke such touching words about my son and other doctors and the entire team of Apollo Hospitals.

Mrs. Malti Marathe underwent a heart transplantation surgery by a team of doctors - Dr. Sunder, Dr.Paul Ramesh and Dr.Madan Kumar.

I happened to read a letter she gave to Sunder. It is a long letter though few words from that were so touching, I am sharing those
few lines with you.

Your smile gave me relief.
Your words kept my hopes alive.
Your few cuts and skillful stitches doctor
Removed my pain, my agony forever
Now I can see happiness on everyones face
You gave me New Birth and brought back the peace
I can never repay your debt in this life
But like you, I will now help those in grief
Your nature has changed my mind
Hereafter I will work for the mankind
Now you are my idol, I will follow you
For the extended and purposeful life, Dr.T.Sunder
Thank you
- Malti Marathe
